The Shelly Rothwell Round is an ultra triathlon. The clock begins ticking when the athlete sets off on the first leg, to swim the length of Lake Windermere and doesn't stop until they reach Moot Hall in Keswick on the last run leg. The athlete can choose to undertake the challenge with or without a wetsuit.
